Also make sure whatever you get is something you will practice with and on at least a semi-regular basis. It doesn't matter what gun you get, how much you spent, the size of the round, etc if you don't practice and get proficient at hitting where you aim.

best place to get a gun in our area would be to go to the gun convention at valley forge....they'll be a bunch of guns on display....my suggestion is to do a little research first so that you know what price range the gun you're looking for is in......I bought my Beretta Custom Carry II there a few years back....
I would suggest a tiny .22 for you, so that you can carry it in your purse....
theres also a gun shop/range on 202 on the border of Delaware, where they have special vendor days where they offer exclusive pricing for the specific vendor....
I don't understand the facination with that cannon. It's literally a cannon and was designed for light armored vehicles. Every time I get out on a rifle range I'll see tons of people sport'n them. It's like geez why don't they just get cannons.
.......because you can literally blow someone up with it at 2 miles.

Thanks. I am not very big either so I don't want something that will knock me off my feet.
It's not so much size (unless you are talking 44 mag, 454 casull, 50 cal, etc) as it is training and practice. If you learn how to shoot properly and take the proper safety courses, this really isn't an issue.
