To this day, my firm still discuss the Kansas City Hyatt walkways.
I'm surprised they don't mention that suspension bridge. The one you see footage from in black and white where the winds tore it to shreds. There's a car on old 1920s car on it and men running from the bridge as the bridge is beaten to death by the high winds. Engineers and designers learned a lot from that disaster.
Next to Gehry, and Koolhaus, I think Calatrava is one of the best architects out there. I personally love Calatrava's work. I think the Milwaukee Art Museum is a site to see. Stunning, absolutely stunning.

The day the power went out is the day I bought my 6MT sedan. I was on my way back to the dealership during the test drive on Haggerty near 9 Mile in Novi (Michigan) and the traffic lights went dead. Luckily it was at the end of a left turn cycle so everyone was stopped. So I went! Hehe. I had to wait until the next week to get money out of the bank and for the dealer to get power back so they could do all the paperwork and give me my car.
