Email This Story | Print This Story PHILADELPHIA -- A Philadelphia woman is in police custody for allegedly tearing off part of her husband's genitals. It happened Wednesday morning inside their home in the Nicetown-Tioga section of the city. Police said the woman said she found out her husband was cheating on her.
So, she allegedly used her fingernails to rip off part of his genitals while he was sleeping. He had them surgically reattached Wednesday.
