Been to JL many times before, but I'd only allow them to do an oil change, because that's what they are known for. I always beleve you don't order fish in a mexican restaurant, if that makes any sense. Yea, thay do the normal hard sell, that you need an air filter, trans change etc. but I always tell them before they do the oil change, that thats all I am looking for.. Only time I got burned was when my wife brought her car to JL and she got nailed for a filter.

i usually go to jiffy lube, but i dont leave my car's sight until i know they're done doing what i paid for.



seems like it's an ongoing trend that even the upper management was fully aware of... very scary actually...
