Let me preface by stating that I am not trying to judge anyone's preferences, but I cannot figure out why anyone would want any kind of SERIOUS relationship with a "thug". You figure that a lot of these guys are just trying to look like thugs because they think it is cool. They are posers... Whats the attraction there? The other ones are true thugs. Someone truly living that lifestyle will be in and out of trouble as long as they live that way, and a bad example for any children they may have etc. Maybe this is my personal coled mindedness, but it does not make sense to me.
Okay not trying to start an argument with anyone all I am saying is that people are attracted to different types/looks of people. I think guys that like a blonde girl with no ass are crazy, or a guy that likes a girl that dresses like a ho is crazy. But that's my opinion, So that is why there are different types of people for everyone.

don't think about age too much ... I'm a few months away from 23 and it's strange to think that someone 18 is a full 5 years younger ... and it doesn't help that I still look like I'm 18 myself ... I guess my only preference is over 21 so bars n clubs are accessible
as for race ... no real preference but I generally shy away from other koreans ... mainly because my exposure to korean girls has a large number of people entirely too interested in the value of my car ... that and I can't stand people who will really only associate with other people of their race/ethnicity/nationality and sit there in their little groups talking shit about everyone else in their native tongue as if people didn't realize the subject of their stupid little group's discussion.

as long as you noth realize that NOT ALL girls are like that. Seems like a lot of generalizing here. Just because a girl is pretty doesn't mean she is with someone just for their money. I have seen pretty girls with ugly poor guys cause they love them so...

of course not all girls are like that yet in 2days society, when american pop-culture pretty much revolves around the superficial, materialism goes right along.
Most younger girls/females at least, feel that if someone has the looks and or money then they are someone great, with which an extravangant relationship can develop.. they assume this from what is thrown at them on the media, the mall, radio, n their own peer influences. they jus havent had enough 'life experiences' to make better assumptions
if one is not aesthically or materialistically selective, one cannot find someone, who is totally new in their life, appealing_
also, 'love' can only take u so far, times wont change much either_

OFF FIRST IMPRESSIONS, as in, u do not know them or their friends or their interest or preferences, etc, someone NEW, i would be very surprised if the 2nd would stand out more than the 1st.. they are virtually = at this point except for the $ factor so why not go for the upgrade?

How exactly do you find out someone makes more? I would not be asking someone - yo how much you make? Someone always stands out more unless you are talking about twins. Someone always looks better, talks better, smiles better, flirts better, compliments better, anything. better personality. There are too many things that go into that. I don't know how you know someone makes more either. If you go by how they dress or what car they drive then I would pick someone with a G over someone with a civic. Not money reasons though. I like cars and a civic just doesn't do it for me.
