sorry, I didn't realize the kodak online gallery didn't let you link. I can't get to photobucket.com from work so I'll post them when I get home. Basically it's my car after swiping a concrete barrier in the parking lot this morning.

Right click the picture (the red x) and scroll down to where it says "Properties." Highlight and copy that url and paste it in the adress box on your explorer window. Then you can see the pic . That Pic makes me queezy just lookin at it. My condolences.
It happened as I was coming into work. There are these cement barriers (approx. 3' x 2' x 10') that used to block off one entrance to the parking lot that are now just moved to the side. As I came around the corner into the lot, I just cut the circle around the barrier a little too close and caught the edge of the barrier. At first I was hoping it wouldn't be that bad, but then I saw one of the troops from my squadron standing there who saw it happen and her eyes just got really big (she knows how wierd I am about my car). I got out and walked around to the other side and almost cried.
I just got the estimate from the body shop in an email. $2600 total for parts and labor. My deductible is $500 so I think I am just going to have USAA pay for it. I have to get all the details worked out right away to get it repaired because I leave on Monday for 6 weeks because I'm going back to the boat (and, oh by the way, I also have to be moved out of my house before I leave on Monday, too). The body shop I'm going with apparently does amazing work so she will be in good hands, but damn. I've been depressed all day.
