Default Help with my new business

Wanted to get some opinions on a logo for my new business. The designer will make unlimited revisions so all constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated.

i voted #2, but you need to change the color of the dudes shirt and shoes....

#2 for quantity over quality...
#1 for quality over quantity.....

Somewhere in the mockup/ad squeez in a picture of a girl with a huge rack. Hey it works for Hooters. Good luck with your business.

I chose #2, but I'd look at different color schemes. I don't have my design tools here at work but maybe a differnt color scheme will compliment your logo. And like someone already said change the guys shirt color don't make it the same as the dog's fur.

I like 1. Maybe have a person sitting in the chair with the pets.

I like #2 out of the 3 also. And I agree with trying to change the color of his shirt as well.

#1 is cute but there is so much detail that if the logo has to be small, it may be hard to see.
#3 isn't bad but #2 has more of a cuteness factor to it

#2 and #3 get the point across a lot better. The idea of someone taking care of your pets, someone warm and friendly.

I don't like #1, my dogs aren't cats and the idea a pet sitter is to make sure my dogs are walked, fed, and looked after so they don't cause trouble. The one thing I do like about #1 is the cursive writing. It's subliminal, but it always has a comforting, human touch to it.

Some good posts here. I think the reason #2 works so well is that it shows interaction with the animal and the man (who in this case is the care taker) gives the petowner a sense of security that "Bobo" the dog will be taken care of very well.

The key thing is show a person interacting with the pet.

I like number 1 for a couple of reasons-

The pet sitting in the chair makes me feel like the owners of the business truly have a passion for animals and reminds me of how my dog looks when hanging out.

The cursive writing adds a touch of upscale feeling to the logo.

number 2, because it is symetrical and leaves a lasting impression. The picture complements the words nicely. I believe it will be easiest for the customer to remember number two.

if you have not read about mind maps here you go

very interesting subject! and works very well

Agreed. I voted for #2, but liked #1, but it is missing someone sitting in the chair or something.

I really liked #1, but as was said before it wouldn't scale down for a business card as well as #2.
