Well how can you seperate church and state, when the state is the church and the church is the state. The majority of middle eastern contries have a joint state/church. That's why the middle east is such a problem because they can't differentiate between the two. That's been their history, just because we're used to it, we can't expect them to be also. Sucks for the rest of the world but it's still the truth.
