you dont have to max out with a spotter. you could just keep the holders off the bar, and swing to one side to let the weights fall off...
hell I wasn't going to mess with that! Still won't..
Besides, being the girl in the sports bra at the gym and asking for a spotter..guys are usually pretty helpful, especially with chest exercises Ive found..its a great way to get my eye candy

yeah i dont recommend for you to practice it daily. i'm just saying as one in a blue moon alternative.
from experience here in miami, just about any girl will get full attention from guys in a gym. a bit sad wouldnt you agree?
i just cant help but look at something that takes up 35% of my direct vision.
Like a fat chick?

you were the one that brought up benching 100% over your own weight.
No I said I can bench over 100% of my weight. If I weigh 200lbs, then if I say I can bench 125% of my weight, that means 250lbs.
The math is: 200lbs * 125% = 250lbs

Repping 100% of my body weight in high school was no bid deal. If you can max nearly 200% your body weight repping 100% of your body weight is no bid deal. In any case it was only the bar and two 45s.

Adrenaline or not, if your not lifting enough (correctly, consistently, etc) then there are still issues such as mine where my shoulder muscles were not strong enough to keep my shoulder socket from displacing when I was nearing my max after high school. In high school my shoulders were OK, but the pecs just couldn't handle the weight.
Now take someone who doesn't lift a lot, but gets that adrenaline surge. If they aren't used to the weight, then their balance could be off badly (you've seen those guys before), bars all over the place........unfortunately the next place it could be is on your leg.

Sounds like the same thing a pimp would say to a new hire on her first night.
