Has anyone ever seen this system installed or know anyone to have it? It seems like an odd concept to have a forced induction system all the way at the rear of the car. Seems like you would lose a lot of pressure by the time the compressed air got to your heads. But also seems like a good way to go for those who are leasing if it's as easy to install and uninstall as they make it seem. What do you guys think?
Interesting concept would need to get more info before making a comment on the operation and boost delivery, also some dyno testing would help as well.

They're claiming 80-100 on some of the trucks they're putting them on. I'll do a little more research and see what I can find. Just seems a lot less intrusive then the under the hood turbo.

Interesting, but I'd imagine that you'd get a lot more turbo lag than with a conventional system. I also kinda doubt that you could make more than 5-6 pounds of boost with it, but I actually don't want much more than that. It's something worth looking into though.

I know there's a Vette on the website that's running 9 pounds, but they act like you can get more. Yeah, the lag and loss of compression from tail end to head is kind of what I would question. How are they keeping the air compressed for that long of a travel distance.

Supposidly it snugs up in there pretty good. If they can fit it on a GTO they can fit it on ours. I would imagine that's as low as the Coupe. Of course I have a Sedan so I don't think clearance would be an issue.
