Wow, there are stock sound systems that violate those rules. Every Bose system that has separate amps at each speaker would make the car have more than 2 amplifiers. Every Mercedes S-class has at least 12 speakers...
That is total BS. I truly can't believe that the car stereo shop owners did not lobby against that. A bazooka tube will get your car impounded according to that.
