Leftover pork fried rice that was so-so from a local Chinese restaurant and I just had a slice of Costco pepperoni pizza. Damn that pizza is greasy.

I remember back when I ate that stuff-- Lucky lucky gamma, my family isnt too thin so I am careful now (suffer at times haha) for a slimmer future :]

I've laid off the beer, don't eat french fries as much, and switched to diet coke. My diet has gotten slightly better, unfortunately, my cholesterol has shot up too

you should start jogging gamma. I used to hate it wit a passion but once u start, u jus keep doin it...

jogging I tried that about a month ago and nearly succumbed to an asthma attack and I don't have asthma.

I bought the shoes for it too.

Then I tried weight lifting but I realized I don't like weights . . . they're too heavy.

My dad got me the new Nikey Shoxs, they are amazing. Runnin 3 miles feels like 1 or so.. :]

you can get addicted to those kinds of things....running, working out. it actually helps at times to keep you going with the healthy routine.
