Clean Up Your Act Month is the initial turnaround month for permanent changes. The plan continues beyond Jan 31st.

Man, this week I've done reviews for my peeps at lunch four days in a row! We've gone to some decent restaurants so I have been eating very well at the noon hour this week.

Today: Penne Pasta with Basil, Pine Nuts and Chicken
Wed: Braziliian Churascarria (barbeque): TONS of read meat served table side
Tues: Giant Pastrami Sandwhich and Fries from Jerry's Famous Deli
Mon: Blackened salmon served on garlic mashed potatoes

I think I've gained 5 lbs this week

Today: Had 5 star Thai BBQ chicken and steamed rice for lunch.
Wednesday: Chicken tenders with sweet BBQ sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings
Tuesday: Seasoned shredded beef burrito from Qdoba
Monday: Beef burrito with mexican rice from Acambaro

Tomorrow will probably be something from The Airport.
