Sauce on ribs is sacrilegious. Properly cooked the rub and ribs combine to provide all the sauce needed.

what's your specialty? seriously, what can you make?
What do you think? Rice and beans baby. That's my specialty but I can make many homemade italian dishes (lasagna is one, ziti, chicken marsala, meats, no seafood it makes me sick so I won't even cook it.

^^^god, it all sounds good. i love Italian too. you don't like seafood? i make awesome Spanish rice. i mean it's soooo good, my mom and some of the matriarchs in my family have asked me to always make the rice when we get together.

That it does, but 2 things should be universal. No sauce on ribs (preferably no sauce on anything except pulled pork, all sauce on the side), if the meat can't stand on it's own then it was poorly cooked. And no vinegar anywhere near baked beans or BBQ sauce (only allowed near potato salad since it's needed for the bread and butter pickles).
Not that I've got an opinion on the matter.
