tried to eat real "healthy" today n got a salad.. at KFC lol

grilled chicken--healthy CHECK
lettuce--healthy CHECK
parmasean cheese--healthy Nope

so far.. not bad.. pretty good too

creamsy ceasar dressing--healthy HELL no (40% of reg. fat for today)

shoulda read that label before pouring it all on! haha oh well

looks like imma have to start makin my own shit

Not lunch, but for supper I am having Smoked Beef Pasta.

Smoked beef roast sliced thin and chopped into approx 1/2" squares
Whole wheat pasta (cooked before hand)
Homemade bbq sauce

Mix in a non-stick pan and heat.

I made low sodium turkey and sharp cheddar on honey whole wheat but I might go out and grab tacos...

parmesan cheese is not bad for you.
chicken is normally good for you but who knows what they did to their chicken there... the parmesan cheese is the last thing i'd worry about on that salad.
