all right, it's approaching lunch time in San Diego and I'm starving. I think I'm gonna try me a new Cuban/Puerto Rican restaurant.

shish kabobs! Marinated the night before with 2 different marinades, honey teryaki (sp?) sauce n chipotle bbq sauce!!

How the f**k are you going to run 3 miles with just that in your system. I would make it about 1/2 a mile before I ran out of gas!
