I don't know what I'm gonna have for lunch, but I need something healthy. Is there anything healthy sold from a fast food restaurant

Carl's Jr. has a charbroiled chicken sandwich.. It's just grilled chicken and it's even served on a wheat bun.. Of course you can get all the nonsense cheese/sauce taken off.. It's not bad at all.. Just avoid the fries!

ohhh god, I've eaten that thing and at Carl's Jr so often that I now order a famous star with cheese on a wheat bun!

their bbq chicken sandwich is less fattening, but I got bored with that too. I eat their so often, I think I should buy stock in the place.

Yeah, I don't order their fries anymore, but I'll share them notice how they get cold after like 3 minutes

Why don't you make lunch at home and bring it to work?

^^^I may go home for lunch to be honest. I'm 5 minutes away from the place I'm staying at. Maybe I'll get in a quick game of Madden

Not a bad idea.. One good thing to do is buy a bunch of chicken breasts, cook them all sunday night, and use them for the week.. Chicken sandwiches, chicken tacos, ceasar salad with chicken.. Just grill it or roast it in the oven and it's a high-protein, low-fat lunch.. Of course, I'm a protein junkie, but it's still a good lunch!
