salad with romaine, fresh baby mozzerella and tomatoe.....tried goin to the cafeteria for some soup but they ran out....

this sounds good too, but pizza down here isn't as good as it is on the east coast. most of ours is chain restaurant crap.

Yeah, I've trying to fine tune this craft lately. Every time I make some it gets better. The rice prep and presentation is the hardest part. That and tracking down all the authentic ingredients here in colorado. I've got a store that sells sushi quality fish close by. WAY cheaper than eating it out all the time.

If you ever get bored, give it a shot. You just need some of the basic ingredients and a sushi mat.

i talked to this sushi chef one time, he said his knife costed over $2k.....

I agree with you, sushi is hella expensive for such little portions....

2k for a sushi knife???!! Wowsers! Not including rice and the basic ingredients that I already have, I spent less than 20 on fish and veggies for 3 big meals.
