If you can work from home, why would you ever go to your cubicle in the first place?

i wish i could work from home. there are so many security issues though. i know y'all have heard horror stories about people in the financial sector losing laptops with sensitive info on them. bad stuff happens when laptops get lost...

Meetings, etc that has to be done at the office, and too many distractions at home are a couple reasons I can think of. The 2nd is why I don't do it more often, I can barely stay focused/awake while in the office.

Unfortunately I can’t do that everyday, my company has a strict 40 hours per week in the office policy, however it is up to teams to have a mutual understanding that we sometimes don’t feel like being there. Plus Wednesdays and Thursdays are the only days in the week when I don’t have any meetings so no one really cares if I’m there.

blue, you must love your camera. mine is in my glove compartment, and i never use it. it looks cold where you are. thank God for texas.

btw, that monitor on your desk is pretty slick. what brand is it? i'm thinking about getting something to go with my laptop. my hands and eyes hurt after staring at a 12" screen for a while.

nice. i might have to pick one up this weekend. wearing contacts with my laptop screen size can be quite painful. it's small as hell though, so people think it's cool.

can monitors connect by usb yet?

hmm not that i know of, but i'm sure your laptop has a monitor port on the back of it.

and i think no matter how big your monitor is and how many monitors you have if you spend most of your day in front of a computer it will eventually get to you, i went to the eye doctor on monday and he said i should start wearing glasses when i'm working

since the sun is out almost everyday here, i've been wearing my contacts a lot, so i can wear my oakleys while driving. if i wear my specs, then i'm squinting all the way to work. it's kind of a catch 22. perscription oakley sunglasses look like hell if your perscription is strong.

You can still look sexy with glasses blue. My ex wore glasses sometime and she looked really good wearing them.

take a trip to the oakley store if you have one in your city. there are some pretty slick frames in there from about 120-200. your eye doc should be able to find lenses that fit pretty easily. the ladies love em too. bobby bowden looked like a player for years with oakley specs on.
