I was bored about a year ago so I strapped the camera to my car, and went for what was my daily commute. I lived a few miles up the mountains that enclose Silicon Valley, which gave me a commute that was more fun than your average one.
An open road was the difference between being on time and being 8-10 minutes late (being stuck behind someone all the way down). Can't see too far ahead of the car in the video, but doing this during the day wouldn't be prudent.
I can't remember if I de-interlaced the thing (my camera only shoots progressive in 4:3 aspect ratio and I wanted to test out the 16:9) but the quality is decent enough.
