Extra or double wide shoes.
Most men's shoes come in a size D - which is standard. EEE means you need the extra width for your foot. I once bought a pair of wingtips in EEE because they didn't have the 1/2 size larger that fits me but this gave me the comfort I wanted. That was years ago, I don't wear wingtips anymore.
