Carmax bought my car outright. They actually gave me an awesome price.
It was about a grand and a half short of what I was asking for privately.

Yeah, Costa Mesa Infiniti sucks. Mission Viejo is even worse. When I was shopping for my car, MV's "invoice price" was inflated. Their invoice price matched Tustin's MSRP. Shady fuckin' people workin' at MV. And the GM there is a total prick.

If you're considering lowering your ride, make sure you invest in some control arms or you'll be going thru tires... Also, if you need tires, hit up socalgs4, he's got the best deal on tires in OC.

Thx723, Socalgs4, Axa_g35 are the only people I trust with my car for minor stuff.
Thx did a kick ass vdc mod for Mika and replace her tranny fluid with some Spirax. If you have any G related questions, hit up Thx for sure.

As for shops, I took her to either Car Aid in Orange or Newport Auto Group in Costa Mesa.

But Danny at Newport Auto group is the most honest mechanic I've ever met in my life. He's also very knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend Newport.

damn thats a lot of G's.. any of you around the garden grove / westminster area...? i know i know your thinking im some asian fob.. dont trip, because i am :P just to give a brief background about myself.. i pretty much grew up in the middle of saigon and k-town here in OC.. landed a kick ass job 4 months ago that lets me afford a G umm thats pretty much it.. are their anymore meets for OC area G's? my buddies would probably come too :P most of them own s2k's, the new is, or the fixed up rice rocket that shouldnt even be on the street
