Since I'm clearly out of the loop, I am just hoping she's not rushing into something. As approximately 1/2 of all marriages end in divorce, I cannot help but think that percentage is much much higher on impulse marriages.

Someone help me out here. I wouldn't want her to rush into something only to have the relationship dead end in a couple of months......after the marriage.

Why is everyone trying to second guess this? I don't know Mali, as most of you do, but it just sounds like no one can believe this, People do settle down, and many times, love happens quickly. Just be cool and wish her the best, I'm sure she would do it for you! Just my $.02

Friends do want the best for each other, but at the same time they need to be realistic and help their friends to avoid mistakes. Again since I'm completely on the outside of this right now I have no background on the guy.

LOL... OMG... I'm gone a month and look at all the rumors... (Ty...you're gonna pay for this...you can't keep no secret!!!)

OK... let's clear some things here...

First off, I'm off the single market...I finally accepted that; I was in denial for a few weeks

2nd... I'm NOT getting married.. NOT yet. I was talking with LC...told HE'S the one that's serious about this...I'm still taking things step by step.

3rd... Kentucky... that may be a few months or several months..not sure if I wanna give up Sunny Cali for him yet (he has a business opening out there soon...)

4th.. Aint no one got my ass on lockdown...I go where I damn still please!

So now that we've settle all the rumors... here's how it goes... He's a Lawyer (yes I know...lawyers = lairs ) but I think I can handle him. He's really good to me... coincidently we work in the same office building but different companies (found out afterwards). He's 6"2', handsome, 33yrs old.. anything else you wanna know ?

And that game was awesome last night, not the outcome I wanted but still a great game
