I'd never seen that video before. Thumbs up. I might have to reconsider aerobics as I haven't done it in a few years...low impact though...

I might also have to reconsider MTV - I really never got into it and only have vivid memories of Thriller, Sledgehammer, Hungry Like the Wolf, Cry, and the country muisic vid with the woman singing and Kid Rock with his feet on her coffee table oh yea and recently I saw Naughty Girl and liked it.
