neither....its still Guang Dong, some words are different, but its mostly the acccent....

No, actually. I'm German/English. I have a friend who speaks fluent Mandarin (as well as English, German, and Indonesian) and lived in Shanghai for a couple of years. She was basically pimping me with info to make me sound like I knew what I was taking about.
