Default Tour of Ferrari Plant

This is pretty badass.

Unforunately, the video is in Italian or French.....

But it's still pretty cool to see what goes on behind the scenes in the process of building a Ferrari.

I want to see this but can't watch 9 min vid at work.

I have come to the conclusion that I really want to drive a Ferrari at least once before I die.

I heard somewhere that they charge you like 1800+ bucks a day to rent a Ferrari/Lambo or other exotic.

Not worth it to me. I'm happy enough in my G35, that I don't need to splurge that much money to drive a Ferrari for a day.

The biggest thrill of driving it probably is only the first 5 minutes you're in it anyways.

An older model goea for less than that.. I rented a Viper in Vegas once for $500/day. The Ferrari 355 was goinng at $900/day and yeah the 360 was at I think $1400/day + insurance.

The Viper was enough of a thrill for me.. They actually had me sign a paper stating that if I returned the car with bald tires, they would charge me $2000.. They authorize your credit card for that amount too just in case... My friend and I still did some donuts.. not too much though..

We hit 160 in 4th gear.. and then backed off.. The car was still pulling like crazy Good times..

Get a job as a valet at a nice hotel. I was a valet at the Four Seasons in Newport Beach for a few months and drove (off the top of my head):

-Every type Mercedes including a couple of AMGs
-Every type of BMW including M3s, M5s, and an 850CSi
-Porsche 911 Turbo
-Plymouth Prowler
-Dodge Viper (RT-10 and GTS)
-Bentley (it was new in 1999)
-Acura NSX
-Ferrari 355
-Ferrari 550
-Ferrari 348
-Lamborghini Diablo

It didn't pay very well, but it was fun as hell sometimes.
