Sounds like a bad combination of a whole bunch of things to me.

A lot of cops are already on a short fuse as is and power-tripping as well.. mix roid rage in with that and throw a gun into the recipe, and it could be really ugly scenario.

I can very easily see how someone being mildly unruly when a cop is trying to arrest them escalating to a shooting or a severe testosterone-fueled beating.... when only mild force would have been sufficient to quel the fire of the lawbreaker.

I haven't made it past the first page yet but "Jimmy" estimated that 20-25% of his fellow officers took steroids

I wonder if this what happend in the New Orlean's incident?

I thought policeman got random drug tests also...but at least we don't have those overweight cops who can't run a mile protecting us, actually that's not such a bad thing, I can at least outrun them...
