I looked at that one. The "thin" factor just wasn't enough to sell it for me. With mine I get:
-2.0 megapixel camera
-camcorder
-bluetooth
-streaming live TV
-Sirius streaming radio
-mp3 player with external controls
-transflash memory expansion up to 512MB
-speakerphone
-web surfing
-etc. etc. etc.

i looked at the A970, and it had a 2.0 megapixel camera, bluetooth, mp3 player (but you have to buy a separate memory), speakerphone, internet, and other crap.

The A940 and the A970 are the same phone. The only difference is the 940 is sold by Sprint and the 970 is Verizon.

yeah the features sounded too similar to be different phones
but i liked the razr more overall, and i didnt want a phone with too much crap. i'll tell you one thing, the twistable feature of the screen is badass
