Yeah, just got to a level 1 tech again. He's trying to find a level 2 tech to assign the case to. Hopefully this time I actually get transferred.

Well as of right now a level 2 tech is being assigned to my case and will be contacting me. Yay I love it when they do that.

Sweet, the level 2 tech couldn't find anything wrong and is bringing in part of the dev team to help figure out the problem.
