That really sux Phelan. How long do you have to stay?
Ended up being here 5 hours. Upgraded the OS on the firewall and ran into all sorts of documentation problems which slowed down getting it back up and running; then I got to apply security patches and upgrade the AV on about 30 servers.
Right now I'm on the phone with support for the firewall, since the upgrade I can't apply changes and there's nothing in the KB about the error msg it gives me.

And the level 1 tech dropped the call while trying to transfer me to level 2 support. The receptionist sadly can't transfer me beyond level 1 so I'm back in the queue again....yay.
