If you are referring to my Raiders, I would have to disagree with you slightly.
My Raiders kept the Redksins offense out of the end zone two Sundays ago, but then laid an egg yesterday at home against the Fish.
Yes they beat the Cowboys, but they couldn't beat the Eagles who had a gimp kicker who was giving them excellent field position or a somewhat lame quarterback who was inefficient throughout most of the game.
They still lead the league in penalties which enables their opponents to sustain their drives and more importantly score touchdowns.
Our offensive line SUCKS. Collins is not a great choice either, but he can't do shit when he's hurried and that O-line stinks. Collins can throw the ball 50 yards well, overthrow someone, and throw an interception in the very same series. The inconsistencies are terrrible.
Ohh and the coach sucks too. We get a new coach, bench Collins and improve our O-line and maybe the AFC West will be that much more competitive next season.
That may all be true, but the Raiders are still only a couple of games out of the playoffs... But yeah, you are right.. there is still alot of work to do.
I miss the good'ol Chargers Raiders games where there would be more Raiders fans at Qualcomm than Chargers fan.. Guaranteed fights every time

Yeah, that hurt us too. No Warren Sapp, no Charles Woodson, and now no recently signed on free agent acquisition - Reggie Tongue FS. If I were the Dolts, I'd be very confident against this depleted Raider D. It's bad enough that they have the best running back in the league right now, damn Brees should have big numbers.
We are now tied with Pittsburgh for the last wild card spot, they still have to play Cincinnati.. Jacksonville in 5th place lost their QB.. and we should be able to win all our games except maybe Indy (that is if they still have something to play for by that time.. ) How is that nutty?
