I ordered a new one yesterday so that I will have two hard drives mirrored. I have not sent the old one back yet, b/c I'm still trying to recover the data from it. After I scanned the drive it came back with this error message; "Defective Device Component Failure"

I wish I would have done that to begin with...I have a secondary hard drive for old storage, but I never backed up any of my new stuff...shit happens though
