Be careful with ex girlfriends msb. They can get you in trouble. Trust me I know from experience. There is a reason ya'll broke up in the first place. IF yall do get back together, it will probably happen again. If yall stay friends, theres a good chancee of drama with future girlfriends. The best thing to do is forget about her an move on. Trust me, theres nothing like a great new girl to make you forget about ol whats her face.

i appreciate the advice, but fortunately or unfortunately... this is different. i've had other ex's that i would take this advice for. but she is just different. trust me.
i'm not saying that i'm expecting to get back together... but we should at least be friends. and believe me, she feels just as strongly about that. as far as it interfering with new Gfs, well that is BS too. if things are done properly, that would not effect a thing.

I agree msb. There is no other ex that I would consider getting back with either. I mean maybe only for a booty call, but that's different. Seriously though, I think at one point or another, we will all meet that one person who we will always want to be a part of our lives no matter what. Someone that you wish that you can spend the rest of you life with but maybe it just didn't work out for one reason or another. As fucked up as my situation is, I still wonder and deep down inside still kinda hope that somehow it will work out and we will get back together. It is a long shot at this point but you never know what the future holds. If not, hopefully we will eventually get to the point where we can at least be friends.

I also agree msb. It is possible to be friends with an ex without drama. You just have to be ready to see her with other people, and be happy for her. The same goes for her. One of my very best friends is an ex. We dated a LONG time ago, and didnt talk for 2 years after we broke up. Shes like a sister to me now.
