Default Mini Cooper endorses street racing?

So I get my latest issue of Autoweek last Friday, and inside there is an ad for the Mini Cooper. It included little black 'kill' silhouettes that are static cling stick-ons for your car. They were actually endorsing street kills for the Cooper. The silhouettes were in the shapes of other cars. Neat idea, but a little ballsy for the Cooper, eh?

I know. I love that ad. I put some of the stickers on my 2 year olds play car. He loves them.

I saw the ad too... I like it, but think they did a poor job of execution. There's only something like 4 "kill" cars that are repeated over and over. And, a Viper? c'mon. At least try to be a little more realistic...

On a funny note, the Mini could beat a Viper in a street race. That is if they were racing on those narrow, tiny streets they have over across the pond.
