That jackass makes me SICK

"Before joining the Bush administration, Brown spent a decade as the stewards and judges commissioner of the International Arabian Horse Association."

Yea, that qualifies you to head up the Federal Emergency Management Agency...

"Melancon said that on August 26, just days before Katrina made landfall, Brown e-mailed his press secretary, Sharon Worthy, about his attire, asking: "Tie or not for tonight? Button-down blue shirt?"

A few days later, Worthy advised Brown: "Please roll up the sleeves of your shirt, all shirts. Even the president rolled his sleeves to just below the elbow. In this [crisis] and on TV you just need to look more hard-working."

On August 29, the day of the storm, Brown exchanged e-mails about his attire with Taylor, Melancon said. She told him, "You look fabulous," and Brown replied, "I got it at Nordstroms. ... Are you proud of me?"

An hour later, Brown added: "If you'll look at my lovely FEMA attire, you'll really vomit. I am a fashion god," according to the congressman."

I hope he goes to Federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison.

Hilliary will be our next president, I know. And the Socialism will start in full swing, believe me, I know. If a man is the CEO for a large and successful company and works 40 hours a week he should make the same money as the guy standing behind the counter of the fast food resturant working 40 hours a week.

You think Bush is bad, wait until Hilliary takes command.

Toe to Toe, I think Hillary is a much smarter person than GWBush. Without Karl Rove or a wealthy, well connected, father, GW wouldn't of been shit.

Now, despite the fact that I abhor GWB, does that mean I would vote for Hillary?

I'd still rather have Kerry or McCain.

With Regards to this jackass Brown. God, what a jackass. I wonder if he'll get what he deserves.

She is very smart, think about her whole life. She craves power, she wants to be the president. She married Bill, not out of love but for what he could do for her. She stuck with him during his affairs, all of them, because he was one of her tickets. Now look how she is acting very right wing, she is working to convince moderate right-wingers she is a good choice. The left-wingers know she is a good choice. Women will vote for her because she is a woman.

She is a shoe-in for our next president. Then you will see the true woman, and yes, she is VERY smart.

Frankly, I'd rather have a socialist-leaning president than a religion-leaning president. The idea of being held to the "morals" of the religous right scares me much, MUCH more than the risks associated to a socialist-leaning president.

Bear in mind that, if Hillary happens to win, the house and Senate will still be Republican so the good-old-boy-club will still retain most of their power.

That all said, it's simply scare tactics to say that she'll win, the same scare tactics used in the Kerry-Bush election. If she somehow happens to win, it's by the complete failure of the right to find a candidate with a clue, a clean record and a personality. If they can't do that, they deserve to fail.

Brown, and by extension Bush, is a crowning example of failure to understand the responsibilities of the position and the need to bring good and talented people into the fold rather than drinking buddies and cronies.

Kal.

The best (or worst) part is that he is still employed and making 148k of taxpayer money.

That's arguable, but are your turds clever enough to be elected President of the United States twice?

You can say it was fixed, you can say the people who voted for him are idiots, and you can call him an idiot, but I respect his cleverness and keen sense of picking people who will take him to the top - whether it's Karl Rove or that great Evangelical voting block that he tapped into to get his Dad elected, and subsequently, himself elected.
