the Mayor's office in NO let Trent Reznor and the rest of NIN visit the 9th Ward and other places not open to the public. These pictures are pretty nuts and were just taken Friday... i know Trent has (or had) a huge house in NO

Interesting photos msb. I'd like to say I'm surprised, but I'm not. It's remarkable that there isn't more debris located all over the streets.

I still can't imagine people walking through all of that water with all that debris below them...I wonder how many tore their feet up...

That's what I was thinking...it doesn't seem like much has been cleared except for the streets...

takes a long time man. here in S. florida we still have damage from katrina. and when katrina stumbled by, it was only a category 1

Maybe so, but that city didn't have it's stuff in order while it wasn't damaged. Believe it or not 8 weeks is a very short time to get a city in order, especially after something of this magnitude.
