As for the high BP, I'm pissed off. I eat well, exercise everyday, don't smoke, don't drink too much, got my body fat down to 11%, I even do Yoga and have tried meditating...and I'm still WAY TOO HIGH....like 160/100. For me it comes down to stress (I have a bit of a short fuse) My Dr. has me on medicine (various ones now for about 3 years) and I don't think any of it's working. I fully expect to have a stroke or something someday
Yeah, mine is like clockwork at 190 pounds I'm right 140/90 1 pound over and my doc has a fit. I can't seem to get under 188 pounds no matter how hard I try.
I hate taking the pills, the make me feel insane. I tried about 6 different medicines before I decided to just lose the weight. Not that I was terribly heavy I think I peaked about 210 pounds.
I figure that mine is mainly genetic. It's rampant throughout the family history. I have some work stress, but I don't think that it's that much of a factor.

I used to call those "fuckapaloozas". Between 18 and 22, it never went soft. 7 hours, hmmm, I never clocked it, but 7 times for sure. I just know it was morning when we would start and then we would would eventually leave the house for an early dinner and wonder where the day went. Good times, good times.
