Default Do you scope other people's G when the owner is not there?

Okay, so I went to the movies with my girlfriend on Friday night (A History of Violence: good acting, slow story, not bad overall).

After the movie, I came back to the parking garage and I noticed a black on black G coupe parked 10 feet away from me.

What do I do? I casually walk over, peep into the cabin and see if it's a manual or auto and see if they have any other gadgets that I don't. Just a quick once over, but enough to get my fill.

I've done this in my neighborhood too with other G's.

Call me vain, call me a voyeur? But I don't think I'm alone in this one.

Do you scope only from afar? Do you scope up and close? Or are you so secure, that you don't care?

I just look at them and if they have clear corners I'll know they're into the G, if not I know it's any other G. I don't get near their windows though, that's just me.

I look at any car I'm interested in without shame. I don't care what people think I just go and peep inside and then do a walk around. If I like it I'm going to look at it.

If it's modded, I'd walk right up and take a good look. If it's not, then why bother?

Uh okaaayyyyy . . . . I know someone who is never getting close to my G again!

Anyways, I always check out other cars, not only G's. I love cars and if I see a clean ass ride, I go and check it out!

I like to see if people have 6-speeds or autos... but you can tell with the 03/04's just by the presence or absence of the brembro brakes.... unlike with the 05 and 06's.

Seems like everyone up here has autos.

I like to try to see what condition most other people keep their car in... and for the most part, they aren't generally that clean, waxed, or well cared for.... an Abomination, if you ask me!

I'll only look in the window occasionally, if i'm right near their car. But I will always check out other Gs. Even if the person is there ^___^

Depends if it's out of my way to view closer up or not.

A glance at, rarely into unless there's something truly unusual on the outside.

This is what I check as well.

Visible mods makes me more curious, and make me laugh even more when the car has a slushbox.

Not necessarily true. I don't have clear corners because I just like the amber better on a BO coupe, but I'm OBSESSED with my car. How many of you have spent a combined ~24 hours in one weekend giving your car the full Zaino treatment?

unless something catches my eye that looks different I'll jus glance ... different wheels, brake calipers, body kit, etc. will be enough for me to walk over and give it a good stare down and possible camera phone pic ... unfortunately I'm young and people have a tendency to think that I'm not admiring the car so much as scoping it out to steal from it or fubar it
