take it to the dealer and be freaking persistant ... i'm almost certain they'll say it was caused by rocks or something that doesn't fall under warranty ... just keep at it ... I had a similar problem ... I finally got in touch with a regional Infiniti rep who was kinda stringing me along but then I got into an accident and got a new body panel ... so I say go get in an accident n jus replace the entire panel ... worked for me
