It's good to know, that way when I run out of what I got from the dentist I can just get the white strips...I hate the fact the smoking stains your teeth...

staining teeth is the last thing you should be concerned about...do a search on sqamous cell carcinoma.

I know how bad it is for me...I have seen the lungs of people are died from lung cancer...but we will all die eventually, I will quit one of these days...

Just as a personal anecdote, I've used the Crest white strips and the Rembrandt 2-hour treatment and both worked really well. I like the Rembrandt because it only takes 2 hours vs. 2 weeks.

Actually, this year...I have already greatly cut back on the amount I smoke and am down to a pack every three or four days, instead of a pack a day...
