Bling Bling
Just wanted to see how much you guys have spent or plan on spending for an engagement ring.
I originally planned on 10k, now I'm thinking more like 5K, and put the rest towards a house.

Now if only we got something in return, like a new set of wheels, I'd be engaged by now.

I don't understand why people spend so much on rings... my friend just bought his fiance's engagement ring and it was 10k. My other friend and I told him to buy her something cheaper and save the money for their new car or for a house.
Rims would be cool ^__^

I'm not voting because there is no option for a box of Cracker Jacks! I'm with you smoke. Just don't let your g/f see your post and you'll be alright.

Same here, 1 of my friend spent 20k on his, made me feel bad thinking about only spending 5k. If I was a chick wearing something that expensive, I be scared off my ass if something were to ever happen to it.

Depends on your means. $5-10K would be nice if one could afford it.

True, but technically you didn't "lose" your rims, they were taken from you.
That would suck!
