Default bartenders guide

Alright, the BBQ thread was a good change for the better. I'd like to get a bartenders guide started. Everyone submit your favorite drinks, or you typical drink for a night out.

A couple to start with:

Irish car bomb:
pint of guiness, shot of bailey's, shot of jamesons

White russian:
stoli vanil, kahlua, cream

When i'm mixing a drink for a lady, the pearl diver.
equal parts parrot bay, midori, and pineapple juice.

when i'm not drinking beer, my normal get slammed mix is either a jack and coke, or vodka tonic.

I don't know if my favorite drink has a name because I kinda made it up myself. Vodka (preferably Grey Goose) and Red Bull with a splash of cranberry juice.

If I wanna get hammered quick! I don't really like it all that much but it works!

Incredible Hulk:
Hennessey and Hypnotic

For the ladies.

Scooby Snack:
Midori, Malibu and pineapple juice.

Apple martinis seem to be another favorite for the ladies.

I'm a crown man myself. Usually on a night out I'll drink beer or my usual crown and coke.

For a tasty alcohol filled shot good for both sexes a crownfuck is in order-
2 parts crown, 1 part peach schnapps, 1 part cranberry juice shaken with ice

or keep it simple and go with a bullmeister (jager and redbull)

The "DUDE" likes white russians as well.

Sounds tasty. Another one to try along the same lines would be to substitue the razz with apple puckers.

I think I like anything with Crown in it

Speaking of anyone else here try their Limited Edition (not the private reserve). You can only pick it up in Canada but not at the duty free stores.

Bourbon neat.

No coke, no ice, no water, just a finger or two of bourbon in a glass. Preferably good bourbon like Woodford Reserve or anything from the Jim Beam Small Batch Collection:Booker's, Baker's, Basil Hayden's. You have to be careful with Booker's (my personal favorite), it's "barrel proof" which makes around 124-126 proof depending on the barrel.

No shit? You partied with Booker's son? That's cool as hell. He was quite a character. A couple of my favorite quotes from him are:
"The right amount of bourbon for sipping is two fingers. Lucky for me I have fat fingers."
"If you are in any way unhappy with our product, please return the unused portion and I'll drink it."

I've been to the Maker's Mark Distillery, the Woodford Reserve distillery, the Wild Turkey Distillery, and the Buffalo Trace distillery. It was actually really interesting learning about the history and process of making bourbon. So much so that it even had me kicking around the idea of getting a job with a distillery when I get out of the Navy.

Damn, all this talk about bourbon has me craving it. I guess I'll go pour myself a finger or two.
