Missed 2 weeks of practice the entire season, 1 due to another injury (severe bruising/swelling of my hand... coach thought I'd shattered my hand) and the other do to a misunderstanding between the coaches and myself. In hindsight I regret at least not skipping out on part of preseason practices to get things right with my knee.

^^^I never realized how important physical therapy was until I needed it. Quality physical therapy and tenderness with an injury is very important.
