All right, my Raiders have a big game against one of our bitches on Sunday. Yes, overall the Dolts have been our bitches (overall record 54-34-2). Granted they have swept us the past 3 games and few things give them and coach Marty more pleasure. San Diego is favored by 2 in this game.
Game should be good, I think the Raider D had enough time to prepare for LT (who in the past 3 games singlehandedly spanked the Raiders - hey, I give credit where credit is due) A-Gates and Drew Brees. I expect Brees to eat grass a lot, I expect Lamont Jordan to break away on the San Diego D and I think our receiving corp is going to run wild on the charger secondary. I also expect lots of penalties, but hopefully, they'll be good enough to win another game at home.
Ahh going to the black hole. Gotta love the rivalry. It's going to be a good game, but the Bolts will prevail.
It's only halftime, but it's not looking very good gamma. Can't say that I didn't see this coming. LT is the man!

Yup LT is the man, Hall of Fame material right there. He has tied the record with 18 consecutive TD's.

My Raiders lost 2 minutes into the game. They played with zero intensity, made blatant mental errors, and were flagrantly outcoached.
I do question why there was no Pass Interference call on the Chargers when Randy Moss was pulvarized the way he was right before the ball was in his area, but this was not the reason the Raiders lost. Just one example of how the Raiders are always playing the opponent and the refs at the same time.
That said, I want Norv Tuner out. I want Kerry Collins out. All that talent, and a good coach can make a difference. Norv is not a good coach. He should get canned right now. If not, remove Collins because he is barely an average quarterback and the season is all but lost. Throw in Andrew Walter (rookie 3rd string backup from ASU) and see what he can do. Might as well test the rookie since Collins will be out at the end of the season.
It pains me to watch this. It's so disappointing to have all this talent, and not even score 20 points. In the 4th Qtr, the Chargers were giving the Raiders opportunities to score, giving them more than one shot, what happened? nothing. nothing at all.
An embarrassment. I am utterly depressed and exasperated at wanting to see these games and then being shown nothing but mediocrity.
Told ya, Turner and Collins suck. I don't like Kerry Collins much, but I think that Norv Turner needs to go for sure.... like right now.
I think Collins could do okay under a better coach, but it would be just okay. I really think the coaching is the main culprit with blame to spare on Collins and on the defensive coordinator, Rob Ryan. Maybe Al Davis should just step down.
