15,000 miles per year --
WARNING: pointless thread...
i leased my G and i am allowed 15,000 miles/year.
TODAY is one year.
i have 14,970 miles on it.
going home will be 10 miles and if i go out tonight that will be some more.
my point is - i'm within miles of going exactly my alotted 15,000 miles in exactly one year.
what is the chance of that??!? and NO i didn't try- haha

Well then you're doing just fine! You'll probably drive a bit less this second year since you won't have that "where can I drive to now" syndrome that affects you those first few months you have the new car
That and I find myself doing fewer errands now that gas has gone up so much (try to consolidate as many trips as possible).

Yeah no kidding. I put almost 1,000 miles on my car the first couple of weeks alone. It wears off quickly after a couple of $50 fill ups at the gas station!

you leased it?
do you plan on buying it after the contract is done?
you've done a lot of customizing on that car

As soon as you put 14,999 miles on the car you will need to drive in reverse in order to prevent unacceptable mileage charges.

actually it's kind of crazy... i went out tonight and when i got to the bar my odometer read 14,999. I SWEAR TO GOD! i was even showing my other friends and explaining it. we were joking about if i stayed until midnight - i'd technically end the year with 14,999 -- 1 mile short.
but i didn't make it -- i left at 11:30. got home and she has 15,006
pretty crazy tho - to be that close. now i have to see how close i can come to 30,000 next Sept. 7th. wow - 30,000 is a lot... then 45,000 then 60,000 -- then she's gonna be old
hahahaha
