Hey guys, just got back from being out of town. Our house was lucky enough to not have lost power OR cable. i was rather suprised. Lots of other homes around here are out of power though.
Anyways, just thought i'd drop in and say it wasn't as bad as we all thought it would be. Dennis blew through so fast and weakened (sp?) just before it hit.
They have different parts of town completely closed off still. In some area's home owner's are only allowed to drive by their house on a bus, not even allowed to walk around their homes.
Lots of leaves and one big branch in my yard was the list of damage for me.

i had a lot of family go through bad experiences with all of the storms last year in Florida. i don't think they were effected by this... they live in Vero Beach, Orlando, Tampa, and Ft. Lauderdale. (different families of course)
hopefully the rest of the season isn't too bad...
