Default Weekend before Halloween...in Vegas!

Are you sure about Halloween as the best time, Roneski?

Mandalay Bay is sold out for that weekend though the Four Seasons on top of Mandalay Bay is $425-$450 per night if anyone wants to split a room with me? The Wynn is too freakishly upscale and Bellagio at $897 for the three nights looks pretty lame. I wouldn't stay at the Venetian again after my last run in there with Lennox Lewis and discharging that fire extinguisher in the bathroom. It is the pools of Mandalay Bay that have me hooked to stay there. I want some poolside action in October! What do you think about the MGM? I have been in every casino on and offstrip except the Rio and I think I could have some poolside fun at the MGM…

Give me the skinny...

I think an explanation is in order on this one

For Vegas, I like New York, New York. It's a smaller casino with a more intimate feel but is connected to the MGM as well. I don't know about pools and such but last time I went it was a steal at $75 a night. I don't know about seasonal pricing but I was there the beginning of November for that deal.

My dad got knocked out of the World Series of Poker...3am this morning after 13 hours of play...

You might be right jiggly...the MGM or NYNY is cheap but has some nice rooms...I am looking for the best pool though so I can lay out in a bikini...that is the must for this trip. Need first hand experience if anyone has it of the pool at MGM?

Still if G35Princess doesn't want Halloween I am staying at Mandalay on the 21st...

You still haven't answered the question about Lennox Lewis.

i've stayed at hte mgm grand. it has a lazy river wandering around in the pool area. it was pretty nice. the studio 54 is an excellent time as well as taboo.

the last time i stayed I was at Bally's. Smack center of the strip, and pretty cheap. (spring break senior year of college).

The rio is really cool with the carnival that goes on every night, but it's way the hell out there.

my 2 cents.

I stayed at Bally's last October...was looking for a better pool...room was awesome and good price as well.

You should come up from SD...

Are you ever going to answer our question?

Well, I was in Vegas for a wedding...about 14 guys in the Riverside CA Punk Rock Scene drove me up there and they were drinking and pissing in bottles and getting worked up for days...racing up and down the strip waving flags and sceaming at the locals. At one point on the ride over from Cali one guy was talking about wolfbaggin' this chick and it got so raunchy that I decided to take a nap...I woke up and another guy was talking about doing it to the same girl! I was asleep for like an hour and the conversation was the same when I woke up but it was another guy, same girl, same deed! I knew my $425.00 a night hotel room was in danger of becoming a monumental nightmare but hey, you only live once right?

The wedding was nice but everyone was trashed by the end except me of course. It was right after Lennox's fight and he was having a private party in the room next to ours. These were very private party rooms and they started making it hard to get in and out of our wedding party. The body guards and Lennox just thought a little too much of themselves and I made a point of saying how little I fucking cared who they were and told them they had better get the fuck out of my face. You see I was with about fifty lunatic punk rockers (not Linkin' Park!) and goth freaks so things escalated and then later in the elevators after we had all been tearing up one end of the strip for hours there were a lot of heated words and one particularly fucked up band member decided to use my bathroom extinguisher to chase down some of Lennox's friends...before he made it out there it went off in the bathroom but he did make it down there and I am quite surprised there wasn't a race riot or something at that point.

It was all in good fun though...we were all just way too full of ourselves.

I find that I have no desire to go back to the Venetian...gotta burn a different casino each time...

Doesn't have to be Halloween, though it does make a better excuse for putting on a disguise and doing things that one may not normally do if he/she would be recognized.

Any weekend that you guys want to get together is fine by me.

We shall see if it is possible to get G35P to go as well. I would be up for a big party but all those So Cal folk are playing hard to get...

I see how it is...

if we didn't play hard to get, it wouldn't be fun. we can't always give you want.

although, i'm with lardoggy. i've heard enough stories about G35P to be a little scared.

besides, didn't you talk it up like it was going to be an all girls trip? however, if you are in vegas, i'll consider taking the opportunity to meet the mystical lovechild.

You are correct my Engineering friend, this was supposed to be an Chick trip! If this is an open casting call, I may have to make some arrangements to be there....however, I still fear the combination of GP+LC Swirling torrents of mayhem are sure to follow

Damn we need to set them up with the partycam. We must recruit roneski for this.

I don't know if Hawaii is far enough away when those two get together.
