6mt seems to calm me down as well. That and taking a drive blasting some angry music like Slipknot or Mudvayne.
My sleep suffers quite a bit on weeks like this one. Go to sleep and all my dreams are filled with what I have do the next day. Then I wake up around 5 am and realize I've actually got to go do the things I thought I was doing all night.

i can relate on that one. i had a super nasty week last week, and then had some friends over for the weekend. the first night i was having dreams about doing some calculations, and when one of my friends got up in the middle of the night, i was in that half sleep state and i thought they were bothering me from getting my work done. it was really freaky. i hate when work starts to affect my sleep habits.
I think back to my last semester of college when I was working on my senior project, dealing with a massive gaobot virus infection and having to learn Netware on the go. Then I realize how much better things are now.
I've had a lady calling me all morning trying to tell me that I have an office in San Jose, CA. But I don't. Then she tells me that if we changed our address that we should have notified them. "Hello, we have never had an office any where in California". People don't fucking listen sometimes.
