Traffic ticket with wrong license number ?!?!?!

The cop put down the wrong driver's license number, is the ticket still valid? (Nor Cal/ illegal U-Turn)

he might have copied your license number wrong but he still has your address. it is still valid...one time the cop spelled my name wrong and i tried to get out of the ticket but the judge said tough luck.

TTB the best thing you can do is contact an attorney specializing in traffic cases. Ask that person, they've seen it before.

heard of this situation many times... unfortunately it does not make a difference. he has probably already fixed it on his end (or someone there)

still goto court and fight it tho.
