I'll be leaving tomorrow for the Hard Rock Hotel Pataya and will be gone for a couple of weeks so if you don't hear from me for a bit, that's why.

I have returned. Pattaya was ok, but the beach kinda sucked and the town was just dirty. Not to mention that it may be the last true bastion of debauchery.

After going north to visit the family on the farm I ended up in Hua Hin which is kind of on the opposite side of the bay from Pattaya. The beach was magnificent except for the occasional basketball sized jellyfish that you have to avoid.

I highly recommend Hua Hin to anyone looking to visit Thailand. Much cleaner city and the resorts were awesome. For about $100 a night I stayed at the Mariott in one of their garden rooms. Service was top notch as was the food and the view. Oh and they as do most of the resorts out there have their own private beach.

I'll write up a full report with pics later, I'm worn out.

Oh almost forgot, NEVER NEVER NEVER fly international out of LAX. I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with, but they had me ready to frickin snap.

well im going on a trip tomorrow (monday 27th) to Costa Rica.
